Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services and the sale of related goods by Danielle Collins. By booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these terms. These apply to, but are not limited to, online courses, in person courses and workshops, community membership, one to one sessions (including astrology or psychic healing).

 

2. Nature of Services

All services provided—including psychic healing, astrology consultations, and other forms of spiritual guidance—are intended solely for personal insight and spiritual reflection. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace advice from licensed professionals in fields such as medicine, law, finance, or mental health.

Clients are strongly encouraged to seek appropriate professional support for decisions or concerns in these areas.

The provider does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or outcomes of any information shared during sessions and expressly disclaims any liability for actions taken by clients based on such information.

By engaging with these services, you confirm that you understand and accept that the provider is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the services.

 

3. Eligibility

Services are available only to individuals aged 18 or over. By booking or purchasing, the client confirms they meet this requirement.

 

4. Booking and Cancellation

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty provided that notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Notice must be provided in writing to connect@flowithdani.co.uk.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service fee. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a 'no-show' and may result in a charge equal to the full cost of the session.

By booking a service, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and no-show policy. The provider reserves the right to waive or modify fees at their discretion in exceptional circumstances.

 

5. Right to Refuse Service

Danielle Collins reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at her discretion, including but not limited to cases of abusive behaviour, inappropriate requests, or ethical concerns.

If a service is refused for any of these reasons, no refund will be provided. This policy is in place to protect the wellbeing, safety, and professional integrity of the practitioner.

 

6. Consumer Rights

All goods sold are subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Clients are entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods. Services are provided with reasonable care and skill.

7. Delivery Terms

Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. Danielle is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers. Lost or damaged items will be addressed in accordance with consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content including readings, materials, books, and oracle decks is protected by copyright. No reproduction or distribution is permitted without written permission from Danielle Collins.

 

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Client information is collected solely for the purpose of providing services and managing bookings. Personal data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties. Clients may request access to or deletion of their data at any time by contacting connect@flowwithdani.co.uk.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1. Right to Cancel and Cooling-Off Period

  • You have the right to cancel this contract without giving any reason.

  • This cooling-off period is 14 days, starting from the day you receive the goods.

  • You must inform us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day period.

  • Once we are notified, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

2. How to Cancel

  • To cancel, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You can do this by:

  • Please keep a copy of your cancellation notice as proof.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • After notifying us of your cancellation, you have 14 days to send the goods back to us at. The address will be provided on receipt of your return request.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

  • We will provide a full refund, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or 14 days after you provide proof of return, whichever is sooner.

  • We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to unnecessary handling by you beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

4. Information We Provide

  • We confirm that we have provided you with all the necessary information about your right to cancel, including our business address when requested. 

5. Exceptions

  • The right to cancel does not apply to certain goods or services, such as those that are bespoke, perishable, or digitally delivered if you have started the download or service.
